The Fishermen, Cape May NJ

So many of us have this memory of fishing with their sons and fathers. I was photographing  in Cape May for several days during a cold spell. One morning I woke up and the temperature had warmed. I then walked to the beach. What was unusual was that the town was clear but every jetty had this dense fog around it. I realized that the rocks of the jetty were so cold it was crating a localized mist around them. I saw this family fishing off the jetty. And after waiting a while, their postures formed the perfect composition, especially with the fishing rods forming a triangle that disappears in the fog. The yellow slickers and bucket  add the necessary touch of color.
