During the week preceding the Super bowl, I tried several times to photograph Boat House Row while lit in Philadelphia Eagles’ Green. I finally was able to capture the ideal image within an hour after the Eagles won the Super Bowl. After raining all day, the rain finally stopped by the 3rd quarter. After the Eagles won I drove to my favorite location to take the photograph. By the time I got there the clouds began to clear, surrounding the boathouses in this beautiful amber light. It turned out to be the perfect photograph for the commemorative poster.
